Gwyneth Yung is a staff writer and photo editor for her first year on the Portola Pilot. She is looking forward to getting to know her fellow Pilot members and learning about journalism. She is excited to make the most out of her senior year and pursue her passions. In the newsroom, you can find her conducting interviews, co-writing stories with her classmates, and frantically rushing to finish her stories the day they are due. Besides writing, she enjoys reading young adult fiction, taking photos of her American Girl dolls, listening to Taylor Swift’s music, and rating bad movies 5 stars on Letterboxd.
