Jordan Lee, Visuals Director

Jordan Lee, commonly referred to as “The Flash,” is your Visual Director. He has held the positions of front page and photo editors in previous years with the Pilot. A creative artist at heart, he strives to improve the visual elements of the publication, sharing his expertise in photography, page design, and color theory. When he isn’t singing karaoke in class, you can find Jordan running on the cross country team, hiking, playing guitar, taking landscape pictures, or hanging with his Shih-Tzu, Barry.

The Pride of Portola Jazz Ensemble led by music teachers Desmond Stevens and Kyle Traska perform pep tunes on the stands, heightening the team spirit of students on the stand and players. Among the pieces played were “Blitzkrieg Bop,” “Celebration” and “Everybody Dance Now.”
